As many as you have enough memory for.

It would depend on your memory card - how many pictures, ringtones, songs contacts and so forth.

Well, it also depends on which apps. They're each different sizes, so, only a couple of really big apps, or a bunch of smaller ones. This isn't really a question that's worded too well. Be more specific in your request, and it'll be easier for us to help.

Nothing to do with the memory card since all apps are on the internal memory of the BB.

The key here is to not get below around 10-12 MB of file free memory. This equates to 10000000-12000000 bytes on your device. Once that happens it will start deleting texts, random restarts, etc trying to compensate for the memory loss. Keep an eye on that and you will be fine. Add as many apps as it can handle. Make sure you properly close them by selecting menu>close rather than hitting the End button leaving them running in the background.
