i've been searching all over for a proper link for the storm version of weatherbug. i found weatherbug "direct". don't want that. also don't want to install app world (don't ask why).
i gave up. i installed weathereye instead. don't like it as much but at least it's a weather app...

Elite can only be purchased through the App World at this time.

Even though you have to purchase and dl Elite from App World, I was notified there was an upgrade available, but when I try to dl and install the upgrade, I get an error message that the upgrade cannot be downloaded from App World? I wonder where they expect you to go for it?
