i copy the link on my computer and download the software but it asks to go online to find a progrma to open the software... so i tried and goin on my storm and went to everything the same but my storm wouldnt aloow me to scroll over far enough to try and download it... please help and also any other suggestions or tips on the phone one makin it run fast with movies and such on it... thanks cory

i typed in all of that and it brought up

http error 503: service unavailable

the server is currently unable to handle your request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. please try loading a different page. contact your service provider if this problem persists...

ok i got it i took out the www lately my storm has been running slow and glichy do u know why....

If you are still running the .75 OS on your storm, that can be part of your problem. Also try doing a battery pull every once in a while to restore your app memory.
