i was trying to update my 8310 to a 4.5 os and in the process this app error 200 came up. does anyone know how to fix it. thanks.

it wont let me. the screen is white with app error 200. it wont letr me reload the os. any ideas

Not normal, but I had huge problems on the last 2 updates I did so you're not alone. I'm find the best way to do the update is using the stand alone App Loader rather than DM. I back everything up, install the OS with App Loader and then manual restore everything. Seems like it takes longer, but since the DM method has been bombing out on me, it's actually less time.

Mine did the same thing when I was updating the GPS. Sprint made me return it and they sent a new one out.
