    Hey everyone,
Had a trackball issue on my phone so verizon mailed me a new one.

How do i get all the apps from my old phone onto my new one? I'd rather now redownload/pay for them all again.
I tried pocketmac but it just pushed my contacts over.

    Thank you everyone in advance!

Wouldn't you just back the phone up on your computer through the Blackberry Desktop Manager?

Then when you get your new phone you can just restore the data on your new one from your old Tour?

Unfortunately, us mac users don't have Desktop Manager available to us. Until DM for mac comes out later this month (supposedly!), I'm afraid you're going to have to reload your apps the old fashioned way...one at a time.

PocketMac, it's worth noting, only syncs your contacts, calendar, and supposedly music. frankly, I find the program to be just shy of useless as I've never been able to get it to work effectively.

    oh....oops

Isn't there like a beta version of Desktop Manager out?

    Maybe you can use that?

I'm not 100 percent sure though

You have to redownload them. You won't have to pay for them again. Most legitimate sites have a way to change your device, crackberry (mobihand), bplay (for themes + games), etc.

Everything else can be backed up with DM including the layout of said apps.

    No beta yet, I'm afraid.

OP, if you have access to a PC then by all means go that route...

    Good luck!
