    If you go to the mobile site, then to photos, then click on upload photos, there will be an e-mail link towards the bottom of the page. It will list a special e-mail address for your account where you can e-mail videos.

    Or, you can use a 3rd party app like ShoZu.

    Email send should work for any social networking site that allows it, but beware that there might be a max file size that your BB or email can send.
