i have alot of useless [to me] apps that i wish to remove from my BB (ie; nascar app) All it allows me todo is hide it. desktop manager doesn't let me select it to be deleted like it does downloaded app.
I'm not positive, but I think things like the Nascar app are part of the service books. Go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications. If they're in there, you can delete them for good. If not, check Options > Advanced Options > Service Books. If it's in there, you can delete it temporarily but the next time service books are sent, it'll just re-appear.
i know for sure the "nascar app" that you are talking about CANNOT bet deleted, dont know about the Servicebook end.... but it is not an app... NOT an app, its a web link, so just hide it and you wont be bothered by it, thats what i did
