My battery seems to be draining faster than is usual. I suspect an app or two may be running or held on standby in memory in the background. I've done a battery pull a couple times, but I don't think it's working. Is there an command in the Settings menus to terminate all nonessential programs?

battery pull is your best bet. if you want to see what apps are running, press and hold the blackberry button.

Yes, there is a way to view the running processes, but it is not recomended to go in and start meddeling...

an wasy fix, it to always make sure you close apps using the back button, or the bb button + close, or exit. using the red 'end' button from the app essentially minimizes it, and returns you to the homescreen...

Make sure you're closing apps properly. Menu/BB button and close.
