My BBM is error. I just want to kill the app and relaunch it without battery pull or turning down the phone.

Any ways to do it like in Windows where you go to task manager and kill it?

    Thanks.

I'm new to BlackBerry myself, but that is one feature I miss from my old WinMo phone. But, as far as I know BB doesn't have this feature. I think there are some 3rd parth apps that do do that though. Also, I have a feeling that you couldn't force quit BBM anyway, because it's a core process and boots with/ is integral to the phone's operation.

I tried every app to date to "kill processes/apps" and there isn't such thing. RIM doesn't even support it.

No such "force quit" for individual apps on BBs.

Ok, here's the previous thread I saw on the issue, with a suggested app. Haven't tried it though.
