I've already installed the .jar by putting it on my media card and then going to Media>explore>install. However now i don't know where to find the game I can see it if i go through options > applications but i've no idea how to run it!

What happens when you select it and click? I thought JAR needed to be loaded OTA?

If you are going to install a .JAR file locally you need to have a .JAD file also. put them in the same location on your media card then navigate via you phone's file manager and select the .JAD file then it will install after the installation you can delete the .JAR & .JAD file off the media card.
