how do I install apps that I downloaded to Pc?

the apps file have suffix as .jad. bb desktop manager couldn't detect the apps that I had saved on hd.

I downloaded twitter. How do I install twitter?

These are files formatted for an OTA (Over The Air Install) in other words you surf wirelessly to the site where the app is and download and install it FROM the site and not via DM
