I downloaded facebook, and found it in my downloads folder.. but I go to sign in and it says:

"Could not connect because a data service is not available. Please try again later. If this continues, contact your service provider for support."

Facebook app 1.6 works on the Boostberry, ver 1.7 does not. You must have BIS in order for 1.7 to work. Search the forum, there are threads with the download for ver 1.6.

Ok you have 2 ways to get apps on your BB. The first way is to go on your BB browser to a website and then dl the app straight to your BB.

The 2nd way is to download the app to your computer, then hook your BB up to the computer. You will need to run desktop manager to add the new programs.
