Click on the image, then click View Full Size, then click Save. You will then be prompted as to where you would like to save the image.
EDIT: It's actually much easier to save images with the native browser.

I figured it would be.
But I clicked full size, but there's no menu and there's no save.
Native here I come...

I'm pretty sure you can hold down the trackpad and itll bring up a menu.

Once the page has loaded, you can hit menu, then page information, then download images.
I don't find holding the track pad down gets me a menu.

Yea it only gives the option of "save picture" but thanks I'll try that as well.
