You need to go to the HulloMail web site and sign in to your account there. Once there you can delete your account to disable the routing.

The easiest thing is to call your carrier and/or go their website (carrier's) and disable the call forwading to Hullomail. That way your carrier voicemail system will resume answering the calls.

This works for Verizon users. I Emailed their customer support and this is what they stated.

"To terminate the HulloMail service on the Verizon US Network, please enter this number into your phone and press dial

    *73

This will cancel the call forwarding to the HulloMail service

If you experience an issue, please call contact Verizon Service at 1.800.922.0204 for assistance."

*73 doesn't work for t-mobile. Isn't it something like key #21#? Its been awhile since I had t-mobile.

    or try this

    Call Forwarding (T-Mobile G1™)

    or check out this thread.

How do I disable "call forwarding"? - Non T-Mobile® Devices - T-Mobile Forums

    or

hit google up for some additional choices

Thanks for the info! It worked great. At least now I can turn Hullomail on and off if I want to.

Here are the cancellation directions and codes for most US carriers. Hope this helps.

How do I go back to my carrier voicemail?

Whilst we add a "disable" function into our mobile app please follow these 3 steps:

    1. Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with subject: TERMINATE
    2. Uninstall the app.
    3. Dial the following codes from your handset.

    Alltel Wireless (CDMA) *710#
    AT&T (GSM) ##004#
    Centennial Wireless *740
    Cingular (GSM) ##004#
    Cricket Wireless *740
    Metro PCS *73
    T-Mobile (GSM) ##004#
    Verizon (CDMA network) *73
    Cellcom *680
    Cincinnati Bell ##004#
Sprint Call Sprint 866-588-9907 and ask them to revert you back
    US Cellular *740

Could I ask why those here left Hullomail? I haven't really tested it out yet, but would love to hear comments.

I've had no problems with Hullomail and have been using it for a while now. I've even changed carrier and I just emailed these guys ([email protected]) and they couldn't have helped more...

When I signed up to HulloMail, I was given an activation code starting **004*

My carrier has a number to dial to enable and disable its service.

I was going abroad and read on hullomail's website to divert all calls- use a code starting **021* and to deactivate that use #021#

Applying logic to that, to activate the service is **004*, deactivate must be #004# surely?

Well it is (for me). Dialled #004# then activated my carrier voicemail and missed calls when straight to it. Sorted.

I've reactivated hullomail though as I like the service.

I am happy knowing it is that simple to change voicemail service though.
