I recently had a problem when I tried to re-install my Tapatalk app on Playbook. (I uninstalled it after experiencing problems, but it did not appear on list with the option to re-install) I wrote to support and they told me to open App World, swipe from left to make keyboard appear, and type rst. When this did not work I was told to turn to Crackberry for advice.

I know that BB has made changes, so can someone please update me on how it is possible to clear the app world cache? And if I do so, will all my paid for apps be available again for installation?
