im trying to upload but i cant succeed, "NO USB DRIVER INSTALLED" Im doing it thru desktop computer. My USB cable is properly plugged in.

you don't need wifi or your computer to install the FB app. Just click the link above in you BB browser and download OTA. You can also use the mobile FB site without installing anything.

On your browser you can either go to facebook.com and there will be a download at the bottom, or you can go to blackberry.com/facebook and that will download it from there.

If your browser is not on your homescreen do a search for "lost Browser" on CB. I think there is even a sticky for that. Try a battery pull and see if your browser is there

Sounds like you need to do an HRT reset and Send Service books. For the HRT Reset, click on the Options Icon, then Click on Advanced, then Host Routing, then press the BB (menu) button, and select Register Now. For the Service Books, Click on the Setup Folder, then click on Email Setup, then enter your User name and password which was provided by your carrier (you may need to call them), then press the BB (menu) button and select Service Books, then click on Send Service Books.
