Any way that I can restore all my apps at once after loading a new OS>

I tried BBSak and it doesn to work.

Also BB desktop and loader just says,"there are no apps compatible with your device" pop upmessage..

i used bbsak and it worked, but anytime your do a batt ulll to ur phone, all the apps get erased..its really usleesss and annoying..i wish there was a better way :/

BBSAK will work for several at a time if you have lots of apps. I usually do 10 at a time but get an error if I do more than that at once. You have to make sure you choose to load related CODS for an app together (word to go, pdf to go, Pandora,etc.). The load CODS option works better than the restore CODS option.

Will I lose my customize theme(folders etc..) if I restore apps after a OS load?

If you do OS>Apps>Restore all your stuff should be back to normal as it was. I use DM for the system restore after I put my apps back using BBSAK. A battery pull after the OS and apps usually works for me.
