A GPS aware application that measures speed of the Phone ( if you in a car, it's moving at whatever car speed is). So when your driving and move faster than a certain threshold, the application puts up a message in your BBM that you are unavailable/driving and or changes ring profiles to off or phone only.
This would help promote driving safety and or state law abidance- for the states that have these laws. Since it would be a automated application you wouldn't have to worry about turning it on.

if it runs all the time in the background and checks gps often enough to always have an accurate awareness of your current speed then your battery is gonna die very very fast. additionally your phone would shut itself off even if you were the passenger in a car..
