Hello All,

I'm looking for a contact management app with the following basic requirements:

1. Accessible by multiple users via either Blackberry and the web
2. User defineable fields within client records
3. Ability to track multiple clients and multiple contacts with each client
4. Ability to set future goals with individual clients
5. Ability to track notes from phone calls, meetings, and emails sent
6. Ability to assign goals from a supervisor
7. Ability to produce activity reports by user, client, all, etc

PS - Not looking for cheap, more high end!

PSS - It can't have to integrate with Outlook - we are a Groupwise shop!

Any direction and/or 1st hand experiences are GREATLY appreciatted!!!

Take a look at Salesforce. We used it for CRM in a previous job. I believe they have a BlackBerry version, and they are definitely high end.
