you would remove programs directly from the device, or through the desktop manager, those are all that I am aware of.

like i wanna get rid of PTT on my phone its a feature wit the ATT phones i dont use it and its just taking up space. so i want to get rid of it

You would have to use crackmem found in my sig. But just to let you know. Doing this, you will have to re-load your OS

Yes, since it is included in your OS you will have to reload the OS without PTT on there..

I took mine off when i upgraded. Along with sample videos, pre loaded wall papers, voice activated dialing, tty (hearing impaired) because i dont use those things. Its really up to you. The more space the better. I have alot of 3rd party apps so thats why it was important for me to remove it.

You need to do a backup with Desktop Manager. It will do a backup for you.

You have to download the OS to your computer using the link I provied for you.. It will bring you to the newest OS for 8310

All that comes in your OS. Once u downloaded the OS.. Use crackmem to delete the xml file and anything ele u don't want. Open desktop manager with your phone connected. It should prompt for an upgrade.

Yes it will crckmem works with dm. Open dm using crackmem, on the side it should say something about DM
