Hello everyone,

I have a problem with using DM5 App Loader, both with the Add Application or Update Software functions.

When I connect the device to DM, device properties shows that there is free application space of 300MB.



When I tried to perform Update Software however, there is an error message suggesting I do not have enough space and total space available is 0KB.



Would anyone be able to help with this problem?

Follow these steps :
1.backup your device
2.take battery out of phone
3. plug it into your pc via USB
4.run DM and click app loader and upgrade software
5.it will show unknown pin>click next
6. select what apps you want installed and then click next
7.wait for DM to download the upgrade > At this time once the download is complete, pop in your battery and let the install finish.

That should solve it.

You should probably upgrade to DM6 for starters.
