Dear All,
I need help i installed photo caller id delux from blackberry Apps been using the trial and decided to purchase the App. I brought the registration key this then prompted the installation after the reboot i keep getting error messages like "uncaught exeptions" the App does not work and it has wipped off my Instant messaging and email accounts, however i still have all these downloaded i get an email icon but cant access them because they are no longer there. I have uninstalled photo caller id delux and done numerous battery pulls but all my messaging system is still missing or not working pleas help anyone on what to do to restore everything.
If i do have to re-install my OS how is this doen never done it before
