I have no idea what I'm doing. I think my phone is broken. On the pics it wont let me view the individual pic on the screen, it wont connect to my computer, it keeps deleteing my messages randomly, and i want to put new software on my phone and i dont kno how! can someone please tell me if i can fix any of these problems?!

HAve you try to pull the battery while it is on?

If I understand correctly you can also do the same thing by pressing ALT Right Shift (or CAPS) and Delete all at once.
