My wife has a 8130 (telus) and has had it for some time. In the last week or so she has noticed that she is "losing" her facebook notifications almost instantly after they are received. Also she is "losing" BB messenger conversations at the same rate. I advised her to clean out her messages thinking she was running out of room and she did. She has also done multiple battery pulls. What is wrong? What can be done to fix it? Please help.

it sounds like she's running low on memory. what apps is she running? tell her to be sure to always properly close out of the apps (blackberry button> close), instead of just hitting the "end call" button.
