Hello,
I would like to develop an application that functions exactly like Blackberry help for the Hot Topics and FAQs that we deliver to our Top Management.
Due to the severe budget situation, ideally we would like to do this in house. i have tried to find some tool to help, but have failed miserably.
Any advice would be welcomed.
