So I installed Crunch SMS and it won't recognize my contacts except for one person for some reason. I tried putting no under the encryption but with no success. Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and fixed it. Thanks.
Do you possibly have your options set to mobile contacts only and not have contacts entered that way? I discovered this is why some of mine were not recognized.
when I do my Blackberry backup, I get the following message: "Error backing up database [Crunch SMS] 1 of 7 Entries Retrieved" followed by the normal back up successful. What causes this? It has only occurred since I installed Crunch two days ago. Is there something wrong with the installation?
