Hey all, I was wondering if you could help me out. I just got a new pc and lost all of my desktop manager as well as the media sync and Roxio for blackberry. I had all my photos, videos and music stored on it. I have since downloaded DM 5.0 and have been able to transfer and copy both my photos and videos back into the Roxio for BB folder. When it comes to transfering my music, it takes an extremely long time to load and it only copies about 2 songs out of 300+ Is there something I'm doing wrong? Please help as this is very frustrating.

Make sure you have mass storage on for the card and transfer the files over as it were a usb drive. Heck of a lot faster than using that blasted media from the DM. Heck I don't even have that part installed.
