    Has anyone had issues deleted apps from phone. When i do i am left with an archived file i cant delete. what can i do. I have tried with phone and with DM as well. Same result.

    Try using Blackberry Master Control program. There is a link for it ob the Blogs Tab.

    i dl the software. it would just act as if it would open, then nothing would happen.

    Go back to Blackberry App center>My apps and delete it there. It will go away after that.
