1. i went to the tellme webstie on my laptop and gave my carrier and phone number information.
2. then i received a text and went to the m.tellme.com & installed tellme.
3. rebooted my blackberry and ran the app.
4. the screen comes up and when i press and hold the green telephone button at first it states, "TALK key not available"
5. then i press and hold the icon again and a little square pop's up w/ a flashing circle inside and then i say for example, "schools" and release the button. but nothing comes up.
anyone have an idea what is wrong w/ my new blackberry bold? - a.j.g
