I know you want Classic users for an answer, but I am using a Passport and I can tell you that it works on my device but it is very slow to load and somewhat laggy to run. I am fairly certain (but not 100% sure) that it will be unacceptable in the Classic because of the lower specs of that device. If I were you I would consider a different device.

Edit: I should have asked which OS you are running on your Q10. If it is not 10.3.1.xxxx then you should really try that OS first before deciding.

Have Medscape on my Z30 and was working perfectly well with OS 10.2! But the app keeps crashing and loading slowly(frustrating) since I upgraded to 10.3!! I have uni stalled and installed severally but the problem persisted. Friends using z10 and q10 also have the same issue since they migrated to OS 10.3! So I guess it is OS 10.3 problem

I think the problem will be solved once the developers of this app make the BlackBerry OS 10 version available in BlackBerry App World so that we won't have to install the android version which I think doesn't fully support the upgraded OS 10.3
