- Thanks.
12 and 13 are not shown because they cover part of the Save function that is not used.
I made version .122
You can download it from the same link (...\beebea).
Let me know if you find any other bugs regarding the Save function.
(SCM needs to stay on when you run Calendar_MonthView. This is due to some changes in late BB OS releases. So that is not a bug)06-08-11 11:32 PMLike 0 - Everything seems to be fine. Saving without any problems, even when scheduled launch fields are empty. Thanks for your efforts.
That's disappointing. It didn't behave like this when i was using v.5.3.2.0. I'm still running OS 5.0.0.713. Any way to make it behave like before?06-09-11 12:10 AMLike 0 -

Let me do a diff between SCM 5.3.2.0 and this beta version to see if it can be fixed or not.06-09-11 12:46 AMLike 0 - .123 is now on the beta link.
Beebea, I looked at the source code and can now remember that the changes in BB OS effected Msg_SMS function and it required the SCM to run in the background.
Calendar_MonthView and similar functions changed behavior in this beta version after someone requested to be able to run macros after launching those functions (something that was issing in 5.3.2.0, the version you had earlier).
Anyway, I fixed the issue in .123 (you can now run macros after those functions and SCM doesn't stay open after they are launched)
Your ...\beebea is now removed. Just use the main beta link to download .123
Download .123 and let me know how it goes.06-09-11 02:03 AMLike 0 - The Calendar_MonthView is fixed, but now it is occurring with my File Launcher shortcut - it's a shortcut to a pictures folder. (behavior was absent in .122 and previous versions)06-09-11 09:21 AMLike 0

I checked the code and can't see that SCM ever exited after opening a folder.
To double check I also downloaded 5.3.2.0, the one that is on mobihand. The same behavior is there too.
You need to hit Esc key in SCM after it opens a folder. Hopefully one key click after the shortcut opens a folder shouldn't be a big problem.06-10-11 12:21 PMLike 0 - I found a solution for scheduled resets for Verizon users. I'm running OS 5, so I'm not sure if the macro may be a little different for other operating systems.

Then just schedule it in the Common Config menu. Beats having to pay for an app that would do the same.

Is this based upon the OS change only, or are some of the recent changes to SCM contributing to this?
(NOTE: I tried the using the new Call macro to do the same, and I had similar issues, too.)Last edited by visortgw; 06-14-11 at 10:42 AM.
06-13-11 10:04 AMLike 0 - I see that 5.4.1 is showing as an upgrade on App World, but the download itself does not appear to be available. Is 5.4.1 the equivalent of 5.3.0.123?
UPDATE: Exact error message reads "ShortcutMe is not available for download from BlackBerry App World." This is in spite of receiving push notification for ShortcutMe that "Version 5.4.1 is now available." Clicking on push notification shows upgrade (5.4.1, 181.2 KB), but clicking on actual Upgrade button results in error.Last edited by visortgw; 06-15-11 at 08:13 AM.

I get the same error for the app I have bought from App World.
Ironically that happens to App World Application too: You get a message that a new version of App World App is available, then you click on the link, it asks you to enter password for App World, then you click on Upgrade button and it tells you that App World is not availavble for download!!
Anyway, you don't need to download that version of SCM.
Your beta version is newer than that released version.
Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com06-15-11 08:49 AMLike 0 - Any one know a macro for quickly making a new note in the evernote application?? Would be a real help!
Thx,
Ajay06-15-11 09:23 AMLike 0 - I saw this once in a while my previous OS version, but it happens all the time with the latest. The 100 ms delays between keystrokes appear to consistently work for both this macro and another to invoke the CPU usage screen within the device Options.06-15-11 10:45 AMLike 0
