    I was having an issue with Quicklaunch ( my noobness!,,lol) so I wrote the guys over at Nikkisoft. 10 minutes later I get an email from him. On a Sunday!!. Come to find out I loaded my copy for the Tour instead of my copy for the Storm ( I know..I know..lol). The fact I got such great customer service from them alone will keep me as a customer. I wonder if they even know how a simple app like this just makes my day a **** of allot easier

    I second.
    I bought the program and somehow the vendor did not send an activation code.
    Nikkisoft was very responsive and took care of it.

    The app works well for me. It is good to know if there is an issue there will be good customer service in the wings.
