    I turned the GPS on in the settings. But it doesn't work. Anyone know how to fix it?

    Your GPS is set to "location on"?

    When you say "POINT app", are you referring to "Poynt"? It may take a few minutes for the app to locate your position the first time.

    Please hit Menu and Feedback and let the Poynt team know about these small glitches so they can fix the app. Reverse Lookup needs a serious fix too.

    GPS location is on. But alway out of Range. Is this a Poynt issue or a sprint Tour issue?

    Well, does any other app locate your GPS? If so, then it's a Poynt issue, if not, then it's a Sprint issue.
