    Hi,

    I got a new Curve 8900 for TMobile and had its Data plan and while I can surf the net, I can't use the Facebook App that came with the phone....it says "Subcription upgrade required" even though it is an unlimited data plan and I was able to go on it with 8320 before with the same plan...anyone help?

    Okay, did you do the battery pull?

    I also suggest resending your service books. Actually, I would send the service books first THEN do a battery pull.

    Sorry I have no idea but like Artemis stated.... a battery pull is usually a good start.

    if that doesn't work you can always do a call to Tmo tech service
