I come to you, my CB friends, with an issue that isn't mine, but a customer of mine, and since I'm not a Google Voice user, I figured I'd come to you all.

Got a guy, with a T-Mobile 9700, and whenever he tries to enter his Google Voice VM passcode (*004*1xxxxxxx#), he gets an error stating that the call was blocked when calling directly from the BB, and that the call was failed when calling thru the Google Voice app. We tried it on UMA, as well as the T-Mobile network, with no success on either.

I ask you, is there any solution to this problem? I tried to search, and found something about putting the Google Voice number in the call forwarding list, but I'm not sure if that is a solution to this particular issue. Since I have no background with Google Voice, I couldn't offer much assistance for him, I would appreciate any assistance you guys could offer!
