Hello All! I'm on Rogers in Canada and I have an 8310. I loaded Google Talk and get an "error. This program is not enabled for your device" message. I had the same issue with Yahoo, but following the thread below fixed the issue.

If anyone can isolate the Google Talk service book and send it to me I would be very much appreciative!

hey, did you ever get your hands on the googletalk service books?

I am having the same issue and I am on t-mobile network. Everything else works on the handset except googletalk.

btw, Google maps and google mail app both work perfect.

Wouldn't it be simpler to use a program like
    Instango - free
    EQO - free
BeejiveIM - formerly JiveTalk - not free, but does have a free trial

Google talk is best free gtalk client. Next best would be jivetalk.
