Google Talk installed, but where is it? Cant find the app

Sorry to start a new thread about this. Ive installed google talk via apploader and OTA. It says installed but I cant find the app anywhere. I see the file folder for it (all files end in .rem not sure what that means). Anyone else able to successfully get this to work or know why Im having issues here? TIA

Yeah, I had to go to my laptop and IM myself and look for the red asterisk on teh phone to find it.
