I searched and couldn't find anything about this problem I've been having with my google talk app, and it's driving me crazyyy...

If I use global search, the Google Talk icon shows up, however I can't locate it anywhere else in any menu or folder. I also can't "favorite" it under the global search as the options menu won't show up and if I hold the icon, nothing happens.

I tried to uninstall/reinstall, update it, but it's the latest version. I rebooted and such, nothing.

Does the icon just not show up under "all" for everyone else?

Yep. Just mark it as a favorite for quick access.
