ever since i upgraded this past weekend i have been having issues with google sync
first it duplicated all my contacts ... i realized that it was because sync was on in BIS so i took that off
the other thing it did was sync about 15 different contacts into 4 ... so contact1, contact 2, contact3, contact 4 were synced to contact5 ... and so on down the line for about 15 contact total
i turned the auto google sync off ... fixed everything ... then turned it back on
now today i have another contact that is synced with the wrong info
anyone else having this problem? or know why it's happening?
I had some issues too but was a matter of logging out of gsync (which removes any contacts downloaded by gsync), then making sure BIS 2-way sync was complete, and then logging back in to synch. Then from gmail contacts you can click Find Duplicates and merge them and voila
Not really a solution, just all steps I took before I found out all was good
