Hi everyone, I need some help ..

I am trying to get my existing Calendar to sync with Google. The site says that it will only sync items put on the calendar after Google Sync is installed. And that appears to be correct. If I enter information it works great. But how can I get all the stuff I have on there already to sync? I have tried to delete my calander from the computer, backed up, and then reloaded the backup and resynced it to the computer so it thinks everything is new.. But that didn't do it. Does anyone else have any ideas???
