Cool. Looks like it will search e-mails and contacts now too. Should be pretty cool once the theme-makers start making more themes with a search widget on the home screen.

Anyone else having an issue that it is NOT searching emails? I even installed the gmail app and logged in and it still will not search my emails

NM. You actually have to search for the name. It doesn't just drop down in the list like the contacts do.

This update seems kinda redundant and not useful at all, I can't see any reason why I'd use this over the native contact and email search function.
