    It's the same on the PC as well. Windows Live maps are more up to date.

    Its mainly due to cost and satellite technology restrictions. Us common folk don't get to see and share real time satellite shots.

    I have google maps 2.3.1 for my curve and I have street view. Just move your crosshairs to a location and push the trackball. A menu will come up about directions to and from, followed by street view, if available. Pretty cool, I think it would look awesome on a Bold.

    I tried google maps on my storm 3 times and it wont work...no gps function. Also just tried windows live. It downloaded but wont run the program.

    I have a storm 9530 with the most recent legal version.
