Can google cal and oultllok cal be utilized without conflicts?
I know that appts made prior to google syn wont show up on Google, but if both calendars are used, will there be any signifcant conflicts?

My objective was to make Gmail Calendar the "central" point for when I add items on my device as well as through Outlook. But what's happening is is that I'm getting duplicates. Has anyone seen this?

Do you still sync via USB or any other means to you BB?
I use the same setup. I exported my Outlook calendar and then imported to Google. Using GSyncIt to go between Outlook and Google and the Google sync to get to the BB. When I connected the BB to my laptop to sync tasks, etc., I had to disable calendar sync using the DM to eliminate conflicts.
