Are there any good Wikipedia applications for the Tour? Doing a google search only found one and it only seemed like a front-end, and I'm not sure if it works with the Tour. Any help would be appreciated!

Try wapedia.org. It's not an app, but it's mobile wikipedia. Very comfortable to use.
