    1. You need to download a weather app, the one of your choice. Do some searches on here, then decide which one you want.

    THEN...

    2. Find a theme that has a weather icon, download that, and place the weather icon in the correct spot.

This app places the weather icon and temp on your home screen, regardless of theme.

    I use bbweather.

Its free and is the only weather app that can find the town I live in.

You have to have a weather slot in your theme to have this. If you had a bottom dock theme, just stick it in there somewhere.

Or do what I did and make your own theme.

I personally use Weather Eye via Blackberry App World. It will depend on your theme preference how it will look but after you d/l the weather app of your choice go to that icon, once you have highlighted it hit the BB button and you can choose to move it to one of your primary apps(first couple of apps, usually first 5-6 show up on main screen depending on theme). I found a 3G inspired theme that shows my weather at the top and center of my main screen. Good Luck! Play with your phone and keep asking questions. You'll get it figured out.
