My BlackBerry no longer receives email for two separate email accounts (one @gmail.com and another Google Apps account).
In testing this, I have removed and re-added both accounts through the BIS site (as well as using Email Settings from the phone) and every time, I may (if I am lucky) receive one email after receiving the activation email. After than, no more email is received on my BlackBerry.
I can, however, send email from my BlackBerry without issue.
I originally was using a BlackBerry 9000 (running OS 5.0.0.348) but as I had a hardware issue, I have borrowed a friend's 8310. Now I am having the same issues with both email accounts yet again.
Has anyone else encountered such issues and can offer any suggestions?
Unfortunately, I do not have a non-Gmail email account to test with.
