i use gmail as my primary account
I receive email from 5 differents inbox.


How can i configure my bb to only retrieve the ibox and not the "all mail"

If you set your accounts up via pop3 or imap you will only receive mail that goes to your inbox.

I have set it as imap but I have every email coming in all mails.

That is because gmail routes all of your emails through your inbox.

Not sure if gmail applies the labels before or after it goes into the inbox. You MAY be able to filter it based upon those labels.

2 possible methods....

1st, in Gmail desktop for your primary gmail acct (the one that gets all email from all 5), set up filters for the accounts you don't want to arrive on your bb. Filter should be all mail
to: (account1@gmail.com)
Do this: Apply label "account1" and Skip the Inbox and archive.
set up for all the other accts the same way

2nd way is to go into your BIS account and create a filter for your main Gmail account that all mail "To:acct1, acct2, etc." do not deliver to device.

Neither way is fool-proof. It will miss group mailings where your actual address is not on the to or cc line. So, you'll have just a few that arrive to your bb that you didn't want.
