Is this possible to use G-Mail/Google Sync without a data plan. When I try to use Gmail I recive a unexpected server response. Which seems to be linked to my host routing table. I called T-mobile and they said after January 2008 all blackberry phones can no longer get e-mail without a data plan. I've tried the e-mail service books and the new .415. I even tried ShangMail with no luck.

you can push gmail but not use google sync. you cannot actually use the gmail app you have to use shangmail, which is a push email service that works without data. or logicmail that works via wifi. if you search either of these youll get along of info, google sync will not work though, im sorry merry xmas cheers

Logicmail did the trick excellent work! I've been trying for days to figure this out. Is there a program to use to sync my calender/contacts as well?
