Hi All! I purchased Garmin for my Storm last December, version 5.4.0. I was curious if there as an updated version so when I went to their site to check it out I noticed there's version 5.4.2 (obviously nothing huge to upgrade), but when I downloaded the "trial version" (just requires the activation code), when I input my original activation code it tells me the code isn't valid.
Strange? I don't recall anywhere anyone saying I couldn't upgrade the product. I've tried contacting them directly, but it seems their support site is less than dedicated to the BlackBerry version of their software.
I'm going to downgrade to my old version just to be sure I can still use it. But I'm a bit frustrated right now.
I'm in the uk and currently using 5.2.2 could it be that you are downloading a version for a diffrent area, I'll give it a go and see if the update works for me or not.
