    Hi all,

    Please find attached a couple of applications that I've made:

    * Reader: To be able to open any file and display it on the screen as txt.
    Similar to:
    • Command ' cat ' for Unix users
    • Command ' type ' for windows users

    You can download it from:

    http://www.jefp.com/Reader.jad

    * Flashlight: to see in the dark

    You can download it from:
    http://www.jefp.com/Linterna.jad

    PS: Remember to be installed via OTA
    http://www.jefp.com/Linterna.jad -> for the flashlight
    http://www.jefp.com/Reader.jad -> to the Reader

    Greetings.

    What exactly would Reader be used for?

    It might be useful when opening an email attachment.

    When the bb says:"This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device."

    Ah, that makes sense - especially now that I'm not thinking about it completely wrong. I was imagining being able to open an APP as text.

    Oh, Samsonite...I was WAAAAY off!

    FYI I'm getting a 504 Error (gateway timeout) for reader, but I'll try again later. Regardless, thanks for sharing!

    I'd like to OTA your flashlight app. I use a WiFi connection (no data plan) to access the internet, so my browser is set to emulate IE. What is the long address for the location to the link? The short one gives me a 404 error message, too.

    I've deployed a new version of the FlashLight App

    Version 1.3... Now you can choose any color for the led.

    To get the app.

    Go to the address jefp.com/linterna.jad directly from your blackberry browser.
